Front Porch Digital Showers Attention on DIVAdirector

September 17, 2008
Front Porch Digital has upgraded its DIVAdirector Web-based content management application.

The enhancements make it easier for users to define, locate, collaborate on, retrieve and repurpose their file-base video assets using an Internet-based interface.

New features include support for both thumbnail images and key frames, as well as the capability to perform full-text metadata searches. DIVAdirector also features a redesigned database which supports additional metadata types.

In addition, the new software provides Apple Final Cut Pro shot list support and jog/shuttle wheel support to speed up edit sessions.

DIVAdirector Version 4.0 is available from Front Porch Digital as an option to the company's mainstream DIVArchive CSM content management system. It may also be purchased as an upgrade by current DIVAdirector users.
