Filing deadline for FCC Form 381, DTV pre-election certification form
Deadline: Nov. 5
The form will be available for electronic filing with the Federal Communications Commission Oct. 19.

The National Cable & Telecommunications Association has issued its annual call for technical papers to be presented at its annual convention April 3-5, 2005, at The Moscone Center in San Francisco.

Full implementation deadline for ATSC PSIP standard required by A/65
Deadline: Feb. 1, 2005
Established by the commission in its Second DTV Periodic Review Report and Order, the deadline requires full implementation of the ATSC Program System and Information Protocol, PSIP, standard to the extent that ATSC A/65B requires.
