Audion Laboratories new 4.0 version of VoxPro is designed to provide a fast, simple, easy to learn audio voice-phone editor application.
In addition to a complete overhaul of supported file formats and networking protocols, new features include a new 100X zoom of the audio timeline allowing quick and exact editing, a new audio automatic gain control that boosts and limits audio on either or both channels.
The peak program VU meter with a 72dB range is also new. The PC-based software has CD ripping, and one button insert recording that allows users to automatically sandwich new audio into existing recordings and also allows import and editing of all audio file formats including MP3. Scrubbing audio using a jog wheel, buttons on the VoxPro control surface or the keys on the keyboard is also provided.
