At the recent BroadcastAsia show, Xytech Systems announced the availability of Asian language support for Xytech software. The product is already “soft coded” to support local languages from around the world, but it now also supports double-byte character set (DBCS) languages which include simplified and traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean. As a representation of its capabilities, the Xytech software was demonstrated at BroadcastAsia 2008 with an optional simplified Chinese language pack.
