Florida-based Waterman Broadcasting is the first customer for the new Ross Video Vision 4 Quattros production switcher.
Waterman is purchasing two of the new switchers for use in news program production at its stations. Waterman stations produce 14 newscasts per day.
“We chose Ross because we know we will get a quality switcher with a company who stands behind their product,” said Bob Hannon, Waterman director of production “Not only is Ross affordable, but we are keeping a relationship that has already proven itself.”
The Vision 4 Quattros can provide up to four keys per M/E bus and can be equipped with up to four M/Es. The switcher is available in both small and large chassis versions and can accommodate up to 96 multidefinition video sources.
