TV Magic Strengthens Executive Team

Stephen Milley has joined Broadcast systems integrator TV Magic as the company's vice president of sales. Milley brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, having worked for the likes of Panasonic and JVC. In his new position with will oversee the company's San Diego, Los Angeles, and New York sales and marketing departments.

The appointment enables TV Magic's Pat Thompson to take on the new role of senior vice president of engineering operations.

Thompson's new position as senior vice president of engineering operations entails heading up all engineering across TV Magic. He will focus on the engineering department's organizational structure, reporting and process, development of metrics, resource management, organising and implementing the project management office, and all things in between.

He is also part of executive management, which should prove invaluable to supporting, organizing, and preparing engineering operations for the future.
