SSL Holdings and Company for Sale

Shareholders of the console manufacturer Solid State Logic have decided to sell the company and its subsidiaries after a dispute about development funding.

SSL expects to complete the sale by March 31, 2004.

Shareholders have retained Grant Thornton U.K. to advise the Oxford-based manufacturer of professional analog/digital audio consoles for broadcast, post production and film about the sale and share of the capital.

Comcast Sportsnet, Food Network and Fox TV, among others, currently use SSL consoles for broadcast applications.
