Los Angeles, CA--Steven Hoffman, the former CEO of Spiderdance, and Naomi Kokubo, the former COO of Spiderdance, have acquired all of Spiderdance's technology and intellectual property from Spiderdance's creditors.
Prior to handing its technology over to its creditors, Spiderdance was a leading provider of infrastructure and technology to the broadcast and cable networks, allowing TV producers and iTV developers to create, run and manage interactive TV programming. Spiderdance developed TruSync, an advanced system for deploying interactive TV programming and advertising simultaneously across PCs, set-top boxes and wireless devices.
