Screen Service Broadcasting Technologies SpA is going public, offering shares on the Borsa Italiana exchange in Milan.
The initial public offering (IPO) of 69.3 million shares is valued at between €171.5 million and €228.7 million, and is set to run from 28 May to 5 June. Mediobanca SpA is coordinating the IPO.
