Responding to increased U.S. demand for Rohde & Schwarz transmitter products, the company has announced an agreement with Acrodyne (Ai) that will increase distribution channels and strengthen customer support in the United States.
Ai will continue its long-standing status as an OEM for Rohde & Schwarz transmitter systems; however, transmitters will also now be available from Rohde & Schwarz directly.
The increase in market exposure is designed to optimize customer convenience and enhance support. In addition to Ai’s existing customer support, Rohde & Schwarz has established a customer support facility at its U.S. headquarters in Columbia, MD.
