Radio Frequency Systems introduces new transmitter combiner

Radio Frequency Systems has launched a new transmitter combiner. The RFS 450 MHz is designed for use in the 403 to 512 MHz frequency band. It is used globally for land, mobile and trunk radio applications.

The system utilizes low-loss, low intermodulation dual stage isolators with integrated coaxial cavities. This four-channel combiner can be converted into an eight-channel unit with the addition of an optional harness kit.

The integrated isolator loads can handle up to 150 Watts forward and reflected power per channel. In addition, integrated sampling ports in the SJD combiners permit in-service diagnostics and tuning, making the units very ‘field friendly’ for maintenance.
