Prime Image Partners With Digital Design Group

Prime Image, Inc., an innovative manufacturer and marketer of high quality, patented, corporate and digital broadcast systems, announced it has signed a partnering agreement with Digital Design Group, Inc., (DDG). Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, DDG is a builder of video over IP systems for both the television broadcast and non-broadcast markets.

Prime Image, Inc., owned by Harbor Business Group, LLC, a private equity investment firm, was founded in 1985 and has long been recognized for its patented breakthrough video technologies and dominant position in the television broadcast market.

Digital Design Group designs and manufactures MStream, a video over IP transmission system, and has a strong track record of successful business development in non-broadcast markets. The Company serves as a master distributor in North America for video systems and provides management services, product development and marketing expertise for client companies.

Under the terms of the partnering agreement, Prime Image and the Digital Design Group will co-develop, co-market, co-sell, co-engineer, and co-manufacture new Prime Image video solutions and products "Powered by Prime Image" for the broadcast industry and emerging video media markets.
