New York Festivals is looking for the most creative work for the 2008 International Television Broadcasting Awards. Now in its 48th year, these awards recognize the world’s most outstanding news, documentary, information and entertainment programming, as well as the best music videos, infomercials, promotion spots, openings and IDs.
This year’s winners will be honored with an evening of cocktails, screenings and celebration of all things television at an Awards Gala at the Tribeca Rooftop in Manhattan on February 1, 2008. Winning entries are also showcased on the NYF website and through worldwide publicity conducted by representatives in 62 countries.
Last year’s Gold World Medalists include CNN, the Discovery Channel and Thirteen/WNET New York.
The final deadline is September 17, 1007.
