The new hardware includes three NV5128 multiformat routers, an NV8256-plus digital video router, an NV7256-plus digital audio router, an NV3128 machine control router and an NV9000 control system.

The conference center accommodates 21,000 audience members in a large semicircle hall, and serves as the production and broadcast hub of the church’s international broadcast network. It includes a master control that supplies programming via satellite to approximately 90 percent of the world’s population.

The church also supplies HD programming to KSL-TV, the Salt Lake City NBC affiliate, as well as KBYU-TV, a local PBS station, in addition to handling the music and the spoken word program every Sunday morning with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, now in its 75th year of continuous broadcasting.
