MOG Solutions will unveil updated versions of its entire line of MXF products, including a commercial version of theScribe, and a Linux version of the MXF ComponentSuite.
Among MOG Solutions’ offerings and updates:
- MXF::SDK - v2.3.0 with Windows and Linux version available and Microsoft .NET 2003 improved support. New features for IBC2004 are improved support of Dark Metadata, AES3 mux/demux from and to Wave files, run-in support and clip wrapping support;
- MXFComponentSuite - v1.4.0 with Linux release available and updated ActiveX interfaces (improved Delphi support). New for IBC are MXFDirectShow Filter XDCAM MXF proxy support; MXFPartialRestore component (with descriptive metadata support); AVI support; AES3 mux/demux support and clip wrapping.
- theScribe - v1.0 creates, reads, annotates and plays MSF files, allows DMS-1 descriptive metadata to be added or updated and connects to Sony e-VTR with theScribe plug-in. New features include Sony XDCAM support and custom metadata support.
- MSFExplorer - v2.0 can play different versions of the same production from the same MXF file. New features include keyword search support, and customizable look and feel.
