Journal Broadcast Group is buying KWBA-TV, the CW affiliate in Tuscon, Ariz., for an undisclosed sum. The station’s current owners are Tuscon Communications and Cascade Broadcasting Group.
Journal Broadcast Group, a division of Journal Communications of Milwaukee, also owns KGUN-TV, the ABC affiliate in Tuscon.
Patrick Communications of Elkridge, Md., brokered the deal.
