Last week, Intelsat announced that it has received the necessary regulatory approval from the U.S. Federal Communications Commission to proceed with the proposed purchase of Intelsat, Ltd. by Zeus Holdings Ltd.
Shareholder approval of the proposed acquisition was received earlier this year.
