Wednesday, Oct. 31, the technical program will cover the use of broadcast DTV signals for mobile applications. Thursday, Nov. 1, the subject is broadcast digital television transmission. Friday, Nov. 2, the program covers broadcast digital radio transmission, and digital cable and IPTV apps.
The advance registration deadline is Oct. 15. The deadline for the reduced rate at the Hotel Washington ($209/night) is Sept. 29.
