T.L. (Gene) Elder has been appointed to the board of directors of Atlanta, Ga.-based Gray Television, Inc. He will serve on the Audit Committee. Elder, a Georgia-certified CPA, is a retired partner of Tatum CFO Partners, LP, a national firm of career CFOs, where he worked primarily with medical and technical firms. Previously, he was an acquisitions and divestiture specialist in the banking industry.
Gray currently owns 29 television stations serving 25 television markets, including 15 CBS affiliates, seven NBC affiliates and seven ABC affiliates.
