Jerry Gepner--former president of NMT who now serves as chief technology officer of Vitec Broadcast Group-- will continue to offer his expertise to NMT in a consulting capacity.
As a consultant, Gepner will focus on technology issues, including new truck design, engineering, troubleshooting and customer-related issues.
While president of NMT, he helped launch Venue Services Group (VSG), an NMT-owned systems design and integration company. Prior to his work at NMT, Gepner was cofounder and chief operation officer of Sportvision where he won his fourth Emmy for Innovative Technical Achievement for his role in the development of the First & Ten electronic first down line. Gepner also served as executive vice president of engineering for Fox Sports. Additionally, he served as the director of production for CBS Sports and served as an engineer for several of the leading mobile facility for companies in the United States.
He will be based in Pennsylvania, near NMT's Somerville location, working both with NMT and VSG.
