The FCC has established a pleading cycle in the matter of the transfer of some commission licenses and authorizations held by DIRECTV Group and its subsidiaries from News Corp. to Liberty Media.
As a result of the transfer, News Corp. will divest its ownership in DIRECTV, and Liberty Media will divest its interest in News Corp.
Comments and petitions are due March 23. Responses and oppositions to petitions are due April 9.
