The Senate Commerce Committee plans to hold a hearing on pending FCC nominations Dec. 13.
The agenda includes FCC nominees Deborah Tate and Michael Copps. Tate, a Republican, is director of the Texas Regulatory Authority and Copps, a Democrat, has been re-nominated to the post.
Kathleen Abernathy intends to leave the agency Dec. 9.
