Steve Rance of Fairlight has moved from the company's headquarters in Sydney, Australia, and formed an independent distribution company servicing Fairlight customers in the United States and Canada.
The target markets for FairlightUS are post, broadcast and recording. It assumes ownership of MediaGear, the previous Fairlight distributor in North America.
Offices are in the New York area and Pasadena, Calif.
