Ensemble Designs will feature nine new products at IBC2008 Sept. 12-16 in Amsterdam, including the BrightEye 57 test signal and sync pulse generator for HD, SD and 3Gb/s applications in broadcast, manufacturing and post production.
The new unit measures 5.6in x 1.57in x 5.5in and comes with outputs that are programmable, offering a variety of signal choices, including: trilevel sync, HD-SDI, SD-SDI, 3G, composite, AES and LTC. The BrightEye 57 offers a reference solution for broadcast and post facilities working with 3G signals.
More than 30 selectable test patterns, including bars and pathogenic, are controlled from the front panel or from PC or Mac control software.
The front-accessible secure digital card lets users load custom test patterns and audio clips into the BrightEye 57.
