Dolby Laboratories has purchased a new 18-fader/88-input AMS Neve Logic MMC for installation at Dolby's San Francisco-based Presentation Studio, which is used for developing, testing and presenting new products and technologies.
Dolby said that the MMC had the automation, routing and monitoring features the company was looking for, as well as an intuitive and logical control surface. At Presentation studios it will be part of the testing regiment for Dolby's next generation of technology.
