At IBC2009, Dielectric will unveil a range of solutions for the growing mobile media market, including antennas, filters and other components designed for spectrum owners transmitting content to wireless handheld devices.
The company’s new products include:
- The 1.4GHz CP Pylon patch antenna, a circularly polarized broadband antenna featuring both azimuth and elevation pattern versatility. Using a common box approach, the antenna allows broadcasters to choose transmission patterns without changing mechanical specifications;
- UHF CP Patch antenna, a low-power circularly polarized panel antenna designed to fill coverage gaps in networks and provide reliable signal performance; and
- Switchback filters for mobile media, designed specifically for 700MHz applications. The compact new filter can be mounted into a standard 19in rack.
