Deltatre, a major provider of OTT, digital and data technology for media and sports, has announced a renewed deal with Italy’s Juventus Football Club.

The partnership, which first began in 2020, will see Deltatre continue to work across the Serie A team’s digital ecosystem, providing the technology that powers Juventus’ website and app, the companies said.

In 2020, Juventus launched a new official club website and app, designed by Deltatre and powered by its sport-focused publishing platform, FORGE. It incorporated ‘live blogging’ and ‘visual stories’ fan engagement features.

The team’s Juventus TV offering was built using Deltatre’s video experience platform, DIVA.

“Today, we are delighted  to share the news of our renewed partnership with Deltatre, a globally recognized leader in OTT and digital technologies,” said Mike Armstrong, chief marketing & communications officer, Juventus Football Club. “Since our collaboration began in 2020, Deltatre has played a pivotal role in transforming our digital landscape. Thanks to Deltatre's technology, Juventus' official website and app continue to provide our global fan base with immersive experiences and exclusive behind the scenes contents.”

Andrea Marini, CEO of Deltatre, added that "I am thrilled to announce the continuation of our extraordinary relationship with Juventus. Our shared roots in this amazing city have not only strengthened our collaboration but also fuelled our commitment to delivering cutting-edge digital sports experiences. This renewal reaffirms our dedication to transforming the way fans engage with the beautiful game, blending innovation and passion seamlessly. Together with Juventus, we are poised to bring global fans closer to their favorite team and put them at the heart of the action. This is a celebration of Turin's innovation and excellence, and we can't wait to see what the future holds."
