Masstech Group has promoted Dan Todor to general manager of the company’s Global Support organization effective Jan. 2. Todor will be responsible for all global support operations and will be based in Masstech’s headquarters in Toronto.
Currently general manager of the company’s European Engineering Technical Center, Todor has been instrumental in helping the company establish a sizeable engineering talent pool and administrative infrastructure as well as leading key product developments in the support area, the company said. Todor also managed the Masstech Group service desk.
“I have worked with Dan from Day One since he joined the company and I find him to be technically and administratively superb in enterprise-level offerings such as our flagship MassStore product,” said Masstech President and CEO Sudy Shen. “Additionally, Dan has the people skills, the deep commitment to getting the job done right and the ability to meet internal and external expectations.”
