Chyron will provide NBC Universal with character generators and associated support for NBC’s coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the company said.
The deal is part of an agreement announced Sept. 12 under which Chyron will supply graphics systems, management and play-out tools for NBC Universal’s television properties.
The Beijing Olympics begin Aug. 8, 2008.
