To mark its 10-year anniversary on 15 December, bbc.co.uk has commissioned Martin Belam to blog about the development and evolution of BBC Web services.
"I'm also hoping for contributions from key BBC executives giving their personal memories, and some juicy glimpses behind the scenes as the BBC's web offer evolved", wrote Nick Reynolds, editor of the BBC Internet Blog, in a post announcing the retrospective.
The 10th anniversary posts are aggregated on BBC Internet Blog, starting with a look at the development of search functions for the site and a decade of "Dr. Who" online.
