AmberFin has named David Abel its new worldwide director of partner management. In this role, David will be responsible for driving new global channel and OEM partnerships, as well as expanding the company’s market reach.
Prior to joining AmberFin, Abel was regional sales manager for EMEA at Software Generation Ltd. He has more than 20 years of sales experience within the broadcast and media industries. He has also developed and implemented a number of global product and sales strategies for companies such as OmniBus Systems, Lightworks, Tektronix, Advanced Audio Visual Systems France and REW UK.
“With a background forged in the broadcast and media industries, David is a valuable addition in developing AmberFin’s customer base globally,” Jeremy Deaner, CEO of AmberFin, said. “David’s role will be pivotal in completing the next phase of AmberFin’s corporate strategy and creating fresh and exciting opportunities for the coming year.”
Abel will be based out of AmberFin’s Basingstoke, U.K. headquarters.
