TMD will introduce version 3 of its Mediaflex media asset and workflow management solution at NAB2005 in Las Vegas.
Mediaflex supports the smooth passage of each item of media throughout its life cycle.
Key features include:
- Support for Windows Media 9 including capturing and viewing time code
- Support for the universally adopted Unicode Standard which allows data to be transported across multiple platforms, languages and countries without corruption
- Support for simultaneous parallel ingest from multiple diverse systems including Omneon’s SPECTRUM media server, Snell & Wilcox MPEG Mastering unit and Windows Media 9
- Scene change recognition in both high and low resolution formats
- Web capabilities for searching and streaming media
