At IBC2007, The Foundry will show the latest developments of Furnace for Final Cut Pro, bringing to bear The Foundry’s motion estimation technology. New plug-ins for Furnace 4 for OFX include ChannelRepair, ColourMatte, Correlate, DeBlur, DeFlicker2, DeNoise, FrameRepair, MatchGrade, MotionBlur, MotionSmooth, ShadowRemoval, SmartZoom, Splicer, Steadiness, VectorConvertor and VectorWarper. These new Furnace for OFX plug-ins promises optimized output, enhanced speed, and a more intuitive user interface.
The Foundry will also preview the next release of the Nuke visual effects system with user interface improvements and support for the Python programming language. Enhanced layer and channel support eliminates the 64-channels limit. Other improvements are improved nodegraph manipulation capabilities along with simplified visual effects management and selection.
Additionally the Foundry will be demonstrating its full range of visual effects plug-ins and image processing tools on some of the industries leading compositing platforms.
