SWE-DISH Satellite Systems is expanding its line of CommuniCase Technology (CCT) terminals to feature Ka- and X-band capability as well as Ku-band capability.
The new CCT systems, among the lightest and most compact high-bandwidth systems available, will enable broadcasters to locate and secure hard-to-reach bandwidth availability by using the Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) system.
The WGS system supports U.S. military operations worldwide by supplementing commercial Ku-band capability with X- and Ka-band capability. Broadcasters, military and other users that have long relied on the portable SWE-DISH Suitcase and drive-away systems to establish high-bandwidth communications anywhere will be able to use the new CCT terminals to leverage the WGS system as well as other military and commercial networks.
