At IBC, MultiDyne will show their new LiGHTBoX, a fiber-optic field transport system engineered to withstand the harsh environmental conditions sometimes encountered in ENG, sports and military applications.
The LiGHTBoX may be powered with either AC or DC sources and includes a battery back-up feature. LiGHTBoX units may be linked with tactical fiber cable for better durability and reliability. The system works with any pigtail-type of connector and can also connect to any of the MultiDyne terminal products. MultiDyne offers one configuration of the LiGHTBoX system that works with JVC’s multicore camera CCU connector.
