Jampro to highlight new compact mask filter, UHF slot antenna

At NAB2008, Jampro will highlight its new Prostar broadband UHF slot antenna for low, medium and high power TV applications.

The new Prostar Broadband UHF slot antenna offers broadcasters a proven antenna design for analog or DTV broadband applications. The new Prostar Broadband UHF eliminates the need for multiple antennas and provides a single, compact solution that conserves tower space and minimizes wind load.

Jampro also will introduce the UHF RWED-516-U television mask filter/combiner, a four-port directional unit that can be used either as a mask filter or as a constant impedance-combining module for high-power UHF broadcasting.

The RWED-16-U has a cross-coupled design that accommodates adjacent channels, meets stringent filtering standards and provides constant impedance performance in adjacent channel applications as well as channel separations greater than 15 channels.
