AudioScience will display its new line of ASL564s series linear PCI Express sound cards at this year's NAB Show. The cards are specifically designed to make PCI Express connectivity more accessible at a lower price point. The cards feature +24 dBu balanced audio with 110 dB or dynamic range and AES/EBU digital input and output connections. Hardware sample rate conversion is available on all inputs and multichannel operation is supported.
Three new cards in the series are being shown—the ASI5640, the ASI1564 and the ASI5644—with each being tailored to a specific user application or requirement.
