Turner expands with TC Electronic’s DB-8


The TC Electronic DB-8 audio transmission processor is in use at at all Turner Entertainment stations and television networks.

Turner Entertainment Networks has expanded its use of the TC Electronic DB-8 digital television broadcast maximizer audio processors.

The expansion now includes the air chains of all North and South America network feeds coming out of Turner's main broadcast operations center in Atlanta.

These network and regional feeds include more than 30 networks and outlets, including TNT, TBS, Turner Classic Movies, TNT HD, Turner South, WTBS, TBS Superstation and the Cartoon Network.

The DB-8 can process up to eight audio channels simultaneously and allows for multiple language feeds to be handled by a single processor.
