WLLA-TV Installs Jampro Antenna

WLLA-TV in Kalamazoo, Mich. has purchased a JMS slot-type UHF transmitting antenna from Jampro Antennas and RF Systems Inc. as part of the station's digital broadcasting transition.

The new Jampro Prostar series antenna was ordered for operation on channel 45, the station's digital allocation. Jampro reported that the antenna would be factory tuned, and would not require field tuning after delivery and installation.

Bob Groome, Jampro's domestic sales manager said, "WLLA previously bought a Jampro JMS 32-bay UHF slot antenna for their analog channel 64 and decided that Jampro answered all their concerns for top performance in DTV."

WLLA-TV is owned by Christian Faith Broadcast Inc.
