The National Association of Broadcasters has hired Capitol Hill-veteran Mildred Webber, and committee staffers Jamie Gillespie and Kelly Cole to join its government relations team. Douglas Wiley becomes the NAB's most senior executive responsible for representing the broadcasting industry before Congress and the Bush administration
