Weather data, such as temperature, wind speeds and direction, weather symbols, 3-D maps and radar maps can now be displayed automatically with corresponding graphic elements in real-time, using pre-made templates.
A separation between data and graphics representation allows meteorologists and weather presenters to edit and control the broadcast from a dedicated control system without having to edit graphics properties such as temperature, humidity and wind speed. The designer can assign weather values to all related graphics properties for automatic incorporation and an overall smoother workflow.
