Victory, Hadinger to head FCC advisory committee on international conference

The two will provide technical analysis, advice and recommendations to the FCC on issues to be addressed at the 2007 World Radiocommunication Conference.

Commission Chairman Michael Powell has appointed Nancy Victory, former assistant secretary of commerce for communications and information, and Peter Hadinger, director of communications initiatives for Northrop, as chair and vice-chair, respectively, of the FCC Advisory Committee for the 2007 World Radiocommunication Conference.

The committee is responsible for providing the commission with advice, delivering technical analysis and making recommendations on issues related to the conference.
