The Westin New York at Times Square in New York City has now fully equipped each of its rooms and suites with HD sets, making it the largest totally HD-equipped hotel in the Big Apple, it says.
HD viewing joins the growing list of other techno-amenities at the Westin property, which include wireless Internet access, iPod docking stations and iMac computers (in select rooms) by the end of 2007, according to Hotel Interactive.
Each guest room at the Westin houses a 32-inch LCD HD "Truly Flat" TV set (a brand built expressly for the lodging industry). Other Westin properties in North America are also being equipped with HD TV sets.
