Sigma Electronics, a developer of high-quality digital and analog switching, generation and distribution systems, has appointed Bill Swilley as its new president/CEO. Swilley will replace Nigel Spratling, who resigned last month.
Swilley is a veteran senior executive, having worked the past 20 years for companies such as Ampex, Philips Digital Video Systems and Snell & Wilcox.
