Shotoku Broadcast Systems, a manufacturer of camera support equipment and robotic control camera systems recently relocated from its former Irvine, Calif. address to a new location in Torrance, Calif. The company said it moved its new U.S. headquarters to a more accessible location, just minutes to LAX Airport and convenient to all the shipping companies, to show its commitment to providing customers with the highest-level and fastest service possible.
"We are growing quickly in the U.S. and need to use air transportation very frequently," said Naoki Ebimoto, president of Shotoku Broadcast Systems. "Being so close to the airport decreases time wasted traveling to and from airports and increases the time we can spend with our customers. It also improves our shipping capabilities and cuts down on delivery time."
The company also gained more space in the move. "We are able to store more parts now which has increased our level of service," Ebimoto said.
