The production department at Shea Stadium, home to the New York Mets since 1964, has purchased a Synergy 3 digital production switcher from Ross Video as part of a recent video scoreboard upgrade. The SD switcher provides a clear path to HD production, once the New York Mets are ready.
The stadium previously had an analog 4x3 video scoreboard and has upgraded to an SDI 16x9 Diamond Vision LED video scoreboard designed to display quality digital signals.
