Software Generation Ltd (SGL) announced its full support for the new Grass Valley brand K2 multi-format media server/media client system, via its FlashNet Archive Management Suite.
The Grass Valley K2 system supports IT-centric, file-based playout and distribution workflows, simplifies installation and operation and provides new levels of network control – all at significantly reduced cost.
SGL’s FlashNet Archive Management Suite is designed to work with today’s leading video server, news, editing and asset management applications. It can be used as a standalone archiving and retrieval system, or integrated directly into the application for seamless archive management.
