Ireland's National broadcaster RTÉ purchased two Newswift satellite antennas from Advent Communications at IBC.
These are to be mounted on new radio communications vehicles.
RTE already owns Newswift equipment and is increasing its satellite communications fleet. The new order, finalised at IBC2007, is for two 1.2-metre Ku-band antenna systems with integrated RF and SSPA package.
