NEP Broadcasting is purchasing mobile units and contracts from NMT.
As part of the deal, NEP has an exclusive agreement with ABC Sports, Fox and ESPN to be their provider of television production facilities. NEP will acquire three mobile units to provide gear for these contracts. The deal should be complete by the end of January, according to NEP.
Debra Honkus, president of NEP Sharpshooters, the general partner of NEP Broadcasting, said that she does not expect staff changes and that the transition should be transparent to customers.
