The 2004 NAMM Summer Session (July 23-25) at the Nashville Convention Center and Gaylord Entertainment Center will be the twelfth and final summer show held in Nashville. In 2005, the NAMM Summer Session moves on to Indianapolis, IN, followed by Austin, TX in 2006. The reason for the move was cited as the growth of the expo now exceding the capacity of the Gaylord Convention Center.
NAMM is quickly becoming the pro audio industry's new main expo. As pro audio technology gets smaller-faster-cheaper, it moves further into the realm of musicians and personal studio owners.
